On the other hand, Czechs are demonstrating one of the most offensive and eye-catching football here, so I have no doubts even their B-team will beat German.

Actually a fan of Croatia killed an English fan in Lisboa today early in the morning.

The second yellow card was nonsense (there were many fouls on Nedved - no wonder he needed a short rest on the lawn :) but I don't think it changed much after those substitution on both sides. As our coach said: it wasn't a problem to score 3 goals. The problem was not the get another one.

And although I always defend our team, I think our chances against Germany are only like 50/50.

Czech's football federation, after two victories, let to players' wifes and girlfriends to vizit them, so I wouldnt be astonished if Czechs would blow away germans atter such happiness:)

England did a very good job yesterday. Croatia played very weak, unbelievable. Tonight Denmark - Sweden. Denmark is a little bit my favorite, now Holland seems to go home. They play like the Dutch, I love that.

Italy is too hysterical about the forthcoming match. Yes, it's possible that it will be a tie 20 minutes before the end and both Sweden and Denmark will focus on defence and it will also be a tie in the end. But I don't believe for a second that these two teams will play for a 2:2 result since the very beginning of the match.

And what football is by Italy, heh? Catenaccio...? Sorry, but having players like Cassano, Del Piero, Vieri and all they should score 3,4 , 5 goals- not just one and go to defence...
I'm not saying that Italians are bad footballers (they're not- they're exellent) but the defensive approach is f**king boring! They're one of the most awful teams to watch in this tournament (apart from Spanish and Germans, whom I hope will go home...); Maybe I'm a softball or cricket (ACTUALLY- it's the Italian game that reminds of cricket, which I hate with all my heart...) fan but... I like attacking teams, I love POSITIVE football...!!! Things apparently so unknown to Italian coaches....

Germany hardly ever played great football in the past years but they're a typical successful tournament team - they always advanced to further rounds. I wouldn't be surprised if they were in semifinale this year despite the anti-football they're playing.

Its a piece of piss this competition, they might as well give us the Trophy now, it'll save a lot of tears from the French, Germans, Italians, Dutch and portugese.

Exactly. All they have is luck rather than being able to play good football and that's one reason why I hope that they DON'T get further this time. They just don't deserve it because other teams play a lot better!

We are out from the tournament but while we lose as footballers, we win and we will always win as human beings.

I confess I was cheering Bulgaria...until Sweden got their second.

Then I was roaring for Italy to score, just to see their faces.

And it was perfect.....
