Portugal - Russia 2-0
Russia played very weak the first game. And Portugal is looking for revenche. But I don't count Portugal as a favorite anymore.
Spain - Greece 3-0
Spain played attractive the first match with two real wingers.. very Dutch! I like that, and that's why I hope they will win with three goals against null. Greece isn't strong enough to surprise Spain too.

Nah... not really.
Maybe just because everywhere you look you see Ballack's face, TV spots, newspapers & mags, posters... the guy is everywhere. Boring.
As well as I don't find Beckham good looking and none of my friends agree. They all love him.

Martin is a great manager, and I hope some day he will manage the Northern Ireland national team (althogh Laurie Sanchez is doing very well at the moment). However, like everyone else in Jockland, O'Neill knows there is only one "trick" to managing a successful team in Scotland and that is to outspend your opponents. "Big fish in a small pond" is the analogy most used when discussing Scottish football.

What a thrilling match will be in group A: Spain-Portugal. It's allmost clear now that just one of them will qualify further, unless if 1) Spain will lose to Portugal and 2) Greece will lose to Russia and with bigger difference than Spain to Portugal (for example G-R 0:2, S-P 0:1). But I dont think so. Who could think about it before the tournament? It seemed this group is so clear, both of them were amongst favourites of all this championship. Two neighbours, two classic football countries, but just one goal, one decision and ONE GREAT VISION...

Indeed, Portugal - Spain will be trilling... but Spain is stronger I think. Greece is in the 2nd for sure, they don't gonna lose against Russia.
Here in Holland, there's a lot of critic on the coach. Not only Cruijff, but other coaches prefer a attacking style of playing. But Advocaat still thinks that playing your own style is naïve thinking. He's just a coward!
