Hi! Thanks for the Hyde Park concert...
About the next file, I prefer the Earls Court concert, the south american set list is very similar to the "We will rock you" list...

you can either burn the contents as a disc image, or download the media player from www.videolan.org It can play a .dat file.

Richard[/QUOTE]

You can also open it normally in Windows Media Player, or in a DVD playerprogram (Open media files).

You search for the biggest file in the maps (it's 801 mb) Then you rename the 'dat' File into a mpg File. Now you can play it in windows media player!

You can burn the Hyde park .DAT file as a VCD with Nero and play it in any VCD player (or VCD compatible DVD player). Although it's over 800 MB, it fits on a CD.
I do not want any google ads here.

Many thanks richard and YourValentine!

one small problem though, using Nero 5.0 when i burn a VCD from the original download, the picture is fine....

but when i try to copy the burnt VCD - the picture breaks up repeatedly when played back.

advice please?

Hi, Richard, I'm a big fan of Queen, I'm from Bulgaria and I was very happy, when I see sharing of the "Hyde Park" concert. I download "bit torrent" program and then I begin to download. I have connection approximately 5K, but now I can download only with connection under 1K, very slow, but this is not the big trouble, the big trouble is next - my upload is very big - 5K and more. In this case I have until this moment only 45Mb for me and more of 700-800 Mb for upload, this is not fair, because i pay for every Mb and i don't know how much time this concert will be share, with my connection maybe after month i finish...
:(
how i can limit my upload? how much time this file will be accesible? Please help me!...
with best wishes!

Holmsey I also loved that huge lighting rig from '79 :)

Is this Hyde Park video the same version that's on the hub?

Probably - YourValentine gave it to me.

It's certainly a better one than the one on Kazaa or Emule!! There are some great queen concerts too on Emule, like Queen at the Hammersmith '79
,Milton Keynes, and some rare ones like Paris '79, Munchen '79
