Ho, ho! Calm down you!
You first finish the project you were going to ask Brian and Roger for (the Pokémon theme song covers)
Now where did you hear that? I don't plan on getting Queen involved themselves on the 46664 SoC CD project....although even before you mentioned Pokemon, I did have an idea in store for a surprise...not going to tell you what it is though until the time comes ('till then, I am going to leave you to guess ;) )
Is anyone else having problems downloading this track? I keep clicking the link and each time it gives me an error saying that there are too many people accessing the website(!). Sometimes if I double-click, it'll work!
The instrumentals are great, and the vocals are good, a little off at parts during The Miracle. I love the Scandal and Breakthru part, though. Both are great, and sound almost Queen-like, especially the guitar solos.
That lead singer has some insane vibrato in his voice. It's distracting as hell, and really dragged down the quality of what would otherwise be an excellent recording. He should get that under control.
Hi,
This is Luigi, the lead vocalist from Innuendo (Italy).
I just wanted to thank everyone for your posts, both negative and positive about the Miracle Medley.
I know I am not perfect as a singer, but I surely have a hell of a band.
And BTH, we have never been to Chicago and I would never dream, in a million years, to replace Freddie. I am just a government employee who makes music as a hobby. The singing technique might be weak, but I put a lot of heart into that. That's for sure.
Tks again,
Luigi (Innuendo)
Sorry - misunderstanding - I guess it was a different cover band with the same name. I have not heard a peep out of those guys since I saw that concert.
That would be great. The problem is finding the time for rehearsals.
For the moment, we play another couple. One, we call it 'Play The Flash! (self-explanatory)' the other is called 'Mega Medley' and includes: "Dead on Time/Brighton Rock/Keep Yourself Alive/Let Me Entertain You". Normally, people love them and we have a big kick off them both.
Trust me, if you can get that vibrato under control, it would bring your performance to another whole level. If you have a voice teacher, get him to work with you on that. Otherwise, see if you can get a few lessons. You've clearly got the range and power to cover Queen songs well. But that one thing is holding you back.
