Queen Lossless Hub???

Anyone interested about Queen lossless.I was thinking about starting one if i get enought people who are interested.What you say people? Hub for lossless only ,so no mp3s allowed.Post here if you're interested.

What's the point of a separate hub when the current one has been gaining more and more Flac files? Confusing the issue with a new hub? I think it'll be better to work your way through the current hub. Change/alter what you want there.

It's undeniable that there's a certain demand of lossless files by a significant part of the collectors' community but starting another HUB the way you are planning have some problems:

By forbidding MP3 files in your lossless-only HUB makes both HUBs share lists incompatible. Users connected to the current HUB won't be able to connect to yours unless he uses two different instances of DC software with different lists - this increases configuration difficulty for regular and casual users.

So in my opinion it would be better if you don't forbid the non-lossless files completely - you could, for example, establish a folder hierarchy so lossless files would be easier to share, for example:

Root
| - Lossless
| - Non-Lossless

But this kind of structure could be made within the current HUB without the need of a different HUB. Just people who are interested in FLAC files organize yourself (like a Clan :) ) - Put all your lossless files into a specific folder called LOSSLESS or whatever. You can create your own conventions that fit with your desires.

Anyway if you feel it would be better to create a different HUB for this, go ahead... it would improve the Queen sharing community :).

I opened the hub today.Address is:

We'll see for couple of days how things get going.If the hub gets about 20-30 in next few days, the hub will stay open.If anyone wants to be OP just ask from me in the hub.Remember people: NO mp3s.And if you share videos or dvds ,they must be Queen related.No share limit at first.

Why? This hub is trying to be different.We don't wanna two same kind of hubs.This lossless hub and other is mixed.

The fact is that sooner or later you'll have to deal with leechers and/or bad users in your HUB so it's normal to establish some basic rules for all to follow as in any community.

Did he mean rules? Off course i have rules.I thought he was talking about that having same kind of rules too QUEENHUB.Rules are here:

1.No Mp3s.If you share mp3s you get kicked.
2.If you share videos ,must be Queen related.
3.No Official Stuff.If you share official you get kicked right away
4.Don't Share Incomplete Shows
5.Don't Share Installed programs.Not even *.exe and *.zip files or anything similiar.
6.Don't Ignore OPs

Now I'm really wondering why this new hub has appeared. Mainly because basically it'll have most, if not all the same stuff that is currently available in the main QueenHub. And yes, I do mean lossless files on the main hub.

I can't see this new hub being better than the current (AMAZING) one! Just because it has lossless files? Nah, this can be achieved with the current hub. And from what's been happening there lately, lossless files are growing from week to week.

I just had this grazy idea.Nothing special.If people are interested then they come.I was trying to make mp3 free hub.So that way you can get the show in best available quality.Just keeping it open for couple of days and see how things get going.By keeping mp3s away this could make those people interested who hate mp3s.
