I can answer this: The South American TV networks have the rights. And theres no change of a commercial release because it was filmed with bad equipment, so the quality isn't good enough for a release.

I got the first show in Argentina(from tv broadcast)and it has excellent sound and image(not the same with the second,but in my opinion the 1st show was the best).
