QUEEN is the best band, I agree.

I'm afraid of virtually being beaten to a pulp by saying that the Beatles are my favorite, then Queen. It's extremely close though. It's just that I grew up with the Beatles always being my favorite, so it's hard for any band to take that place. But if you knew how obsessed I was with the Beatles (which is a lot), Queen is so close to that (so it's still a lot).

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm a die hard Queen fan and have been for the last 15 years. Which has taught me one thing and that is appreciate exciting, fun, and most importantly entertaining music. Which for is what Queen is all about.

So if there’s one thing I can't stand in music and its boring dribble. My point being how can any of you who call yourselves Queen Fan’s vote for U2 over Guns and Roses?!? To me U2 represent everything that is wrong with Rock music today, it’s dull, it’s bland and there’s no innovation. The only band of late who have really grabbed my attention is the Darkness but they have only had one album.

Sorry to hard on you Bono lovers out there, Bono does lots of great things and draws people’s attention to the plights in this world, but I just can’t bring myself to like U2. Despite there success!
