There have been plenty of topics around favourite things, and the best of things... now's the time I think we should compile a list, however long, of the worst guitar solos that were actually somehow released on a record. I'll start off with two songs I've heard on the radio in the last 24 hours that inspired me to do this.

I remember once watching Sting attempt a guitar solo on one of his wretched songs.
He lasted about 8 seconds before I shoved it up his arse.

Cher's son pathetic guitarsynching on that

He might not have really played the guitar on that song, but it sure was fuckin' horrendous.
