Queen Tour Soon!!!!!

I'll believe it when I'm at the actual venue where they are supposed to appear and they actually walk on stage and do a bit more stuff than the usual RGG/TYMD/WWRY setlist.

I know that a touring production of the musical is planned and it was the first thing that came into my mind, but the above article is clearly talking about something else. Brian's quote can be read both ways, but Roger referring to themselves as vocalists and mentioning George Michael and Elton John is clearly something else, so is the talk about John Deacon.
Not that I'd believe it...

YEp... i first thought about the WWRY musical Tour.. but they talk about Roger and Brian singing,with help of some friends(GM, Elton),and bringing John deacon back to the band. I think those subjects are not refering to the musical.

IMO Queen are as likely to go on tour as the Pokemon cast covering "Bohemian Rhapsody"

That quote about them having friends sing with them was in the past tense, about them having previously worked with Elton, Robbie, etc. I believe it was in response to the question from INXS about replacing lead singers. How this got twisted into a quote about a fictional new tour is anybody's guess.

It's always the same... I think that Brian and Roger exposed her intentions of touring, but that's it. And, I think that if they're really gonna tour, they should make an album.

Hey, if Roger say that they gonna tour and Brian publish it on his website, why would it be a fairytale? I think they really gonna tour and I'm very exciting about it. I hope John will join for a couple of concerts.

Brian's site publishes snippets of things which have appeared in print or other media. I believe this was some sort of newspaper in Vegas. It sounds to me like this paper has twisted around things that Bri & Rog said in the Rockline interview.

Brian may see this himself and decide to react to it either to confirm or deny or perhaps give us one of those "It's been talked about but nothing is in stone"

I've seen him react to things after the fact before.. I don't believe he requires everything posted on the site to meet his pre-approval.
