I had one preordered from Eil.com that featured a bonus video (not the CD of the children singing the song, the actual Evian commercial). I received an email a week later stating it "was pulled from release". Can't figure that one out...

get over it hangman. He asked two questions, both got silly answers, I missed off one serious one, although the other serious answer would also apply.

I'm pretty confident that there are worse things wrong with this forum than me, so anytime you want to make up, my hand is out to be shaken...
