I've had a bet going with another 'Zoner since 2001 that Brian will not be knighted within the next ten years.
No one's ever noticed he existed before, why should they start now?
Not to say I don't think he deserves it, but I'm pessimistic about whether it'll happen.
so let's at least wait till 2011, so that I can get 50 bucks.

as much as its an honour to most, why do i think brian might join the 'cool' list of celebs who turned it down? hed prob say something like 'i havent really earnt it, i just had to do the aids stuff to help people, as another human being'. or, more commedically, 'ill only accept it if you give me bezzie mate rog one as well! :P'

Now Mick Jagger - that pissed me off.
Brian, Roger and John all deserve sir, although id be suprised If Roger ever accepted anything....just like Hank Marvin.
