hey bob... same here. I've had tooth ache on / off for 4 says now. too much Coca Cola in my case!
BOB try putting a paracetemol on the tooth and let it disolve in your mouth . Might help take the pain away for a bit.
I have had the pain for nearly 3 weeks now - 2 root canal treatments required. I have had to wait this long because I had an infection in the teeth and needed antibiotic treatment.
Still, not long and it will all be over! You should hear me screaming like a girlie sometime around 9.00am GMT (I hate the dentist)

Eating lunch after a morning's reception duty.
I'm at work surfing through the web, half asleep, cos there aren't any customers (only 50 in six hours, there's usually 500-800 in a day in the wintertime). Listening to some boring radio station that plays the most crap music ever, but can't be bothered to get up my a*se and go to the other room to change it to something better.

Okay, so I didn't scream like a girlie this morning. Teeth still infected (bastard) so I have to take more anitbiotics (bastard). The dentist (bastard) wants me back on Monday and he is going to extract the offending tooth (fucking bastard).
Looking on the bright side, it's going to cost me £62.60 instead of £213.

That's good news Bob, you'll finally get rid of the pain in a few days :) I'm counting the days till Monday for you, you have my full sympathy, cos I know your situation a bit too well.
There's nothing I hate more than going to the dentist, and I went through hell this summer cos I had to have two wisdom teeth removed.. I've still got two left, but they don't bother me that much and there are serious risks of damaging some nerves if I do have them removed some day, so I won't be going back any day too soon!
