error flac decode

hi, i'm downloading, but when i decode a trak with flac it say: "ERROR while decoding data state = 2:FLAC_STREAM_DECODER_SEARCH_FOR_FRAME_SYNC

wHAT CAN I DO, PLEASE HELP ME
thanks!! It's the first time I use flac!!
