Last show from the "Jazz" Tour. Sound is VG+, so very enjoyable. On the back cover it's stated that the Bonus Track "It's Late" is from the concert, the evening before, but actually it belongs to this show, the last ever "Jazz" show.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

The setlist shows a total of 16 songs for Disc 1. Part of this is a medley and therefore some tracks on the disc will have more than one song on it. I did not want to alter the original bootleg, so will show 11 Tracks, although all 16 songs are there. Front Back and Insert Artwork is also included

Thanks for more of that Jazz Whiteman.

Jazz is my favourite album. Thanks, again. :)

Wow, one of the worst Queen shows ever. Couldn't you have picked one where Freddie wasn't singing almost literally an octave below the recorded versions of most of the songs? For instance, what if some not so hardcore Queen fans are interested in hearing a couple bootlegs, as we're saying they were one of the greatest live bands ever? This concert certainly won't do them justice, and those fans will probably end up concluding that Queen were a crap live band.

Still, I do like this bootleg, because it was one of my first shows, and the rest of the band sound great. But why not share the Zoom 79 shows, at least? Or the Kampuchea concert, Berlin 79, or Frankfurt 79?

That is what I dont get on this site. I try my best to share shows and all I get is criticism.

You share shows then. Come on, get your collection out and do somthing for the others. I dont have Frankfurt or Berlin 79.

Amzing how some are quick with the remarks, but slow to share their own collection.
W
Right,

Enough seeds for you to carry on, I am going to start the third show

Just download the stuff I'd say, if you haven't got it. If you don't like it afterwards, just discard it.

But also don't be afraid to get criticism or remarks or just no remarks. (I'm still busy getting used to it) :-)

I do find any criticism amazing considering the generosity it takes to make these available to all.

the amount of stuff thats been shared this week has been wonderful - a tribute to not only to Queenzone but also to the people (like you Whiteman, Rien, to name but two)who make it all possible.

You won't find me firing criticisms at you guys!
R
Don't forget Richard Orchard and Your Valentine.
I think they started it?

Constructive criticism i can take. Like, That 79 show is a bad performance, but here is a better(and share a better one). Or, the date is wrong should be xxx, just thought you should know.

Not, could you have shared a worse show???

I do this for others, I get nothing out of it, if someone doesnt know queen might have a bad night every so often they are looking at music though rose tinted glasses.

I find the criticism over torrenting this show uncalled for. As a collector, I have always wanted to hear the final Jazz show, and lo and behold it is being torrented. Whiteman - I want to say thank you for all the rare stuff. Any and all bootleg Queen stuff are welcome.

BTW, any chance that a window on the Osaka '76 afternoon show might be reopened by someone? That is another one I am sorely lacking, and the torrent died before I found out about this great site.
J
Thank you for going to the trouble of sharing these great shows. I agree with Rien just download and if you don't like it get rid of it or try to express criticism positively. I for one am grateful for anything I can get and will try to keep these shows on my PC as long as possible to ensure their survival!

I wasn't criticizing you as a person! When did I imply you were not being generous, and that your kind gesture was not being appreciated? I was being critical of Queen's performance, and saying how there are much better shows that could be shared. Take it easy, and just be glad there's someone who is actually critiquing concerts fairly, since few others seem to be doing it. We need more Queen fans who can look at the band objectively, not blindly say that every performance and recorded song was perfect.

I have no problem with critcising Queen. I get flamed too much for saying at points they were rubbish, so i know where yoau re coming from.

Your post however it was you meant it, did come across as critical of me, for choosing that bootleg to share. For future reference, I will be seeding both good and bad shows, so you might not wat to download them all.
