The 12” version of ‘Friends Will Be Friends’ has a nice outro... I love the sound of it, especially while drinking. Very nice. Listen closely, it’s different than ‘Friends Will Be Friends Will Be Friends’... hate the intro on both of them, by the way. I’d like the album version with an long, extended ending.

@MisterC - agreed, some of the extended versions that contain features not on the regular cut do add something to even the biggest stinkers. See Staying Power with extra (IE actual) guitar etc.

That can only happen if is part of a box set with one new 12" mix, combined with all previously released 15 albums on CD and vinyl.

I believe the 12 Inch CD is missing at least 5 or 6 of the12 inch mixes.
Albums which had 12 inch single mixes that I am aware of.
Hot Space had at least 3
The Works had at least 6.
A Kind of Magic had at least 4.
The Miracle had at least 3.
