Some torrent programs allow you to create a torrent file, and then there's places where you can announce it, such as www.torrentbox.com then post a link here and voila! Then you'll need to stay connected until some people have downloaded it from you to share.
As for the format of the file itself, I'd suggest one big MP3 for each disc but there are other formats which someone else will most likely post about now......

Whoa! Torrent to other place and then put a link to it in here.Isn't that exploitation? And also if you torrent something,please share it as flac.Not as some crappy mp3.When you share it as flac ,it's easier to trade.I don't knw even a single trader who accepts mp3s.Use EAC program for ripping it off from cd.Then just convert it to flac with flac frontend.Flac has better quality and it's lossless format.Unlike mp3.
