I'm afraid the good people on this board are pulling your leg. I have no clue what it's supposed to mean, perhaps you can tell me a bit more about the context it was used in?
Also the exact spelling would help.

I do speak a fair bit of Croatian, so maybe I'll still be able to help you.

I just realised it's Hungarian for "I Love You".
Perhaps you've got your Balkan-countries mixed up?
