Probably doesn't matter how much money it's making, if it's in the way of a government sponsored building development, it's history. The owners will be given a shed load of money to move somewhere else. They won't be sentimental about whether Kylie shook her bootie in the sound booth or Gareth Gates stammered in the control room. It's all to do with the money!
