I spent the summer of 1990 listening to the Miracle album in the Kashmir. (I went for other reasons, but that would be the topic for the personal section.) I ended up near Gilgit, Pakistan, at the foot of Nanga Parbat and Rakaposhi--majestic mountains both--wandering amongst the ruins of 2000-yr-old Bhuddist monasteries at Tahkti-Bahai. Actually, this is a true item. Truly. The "we saw God and Dali" line in Was It All Worth It completely rocked my world!
