Queen's cars

Hi does anyone know what motors Freddie,Brian,Roger and John had?
I know Freddie had a Rolls-Royce
But did Freddie drive his own cars?

No, he hired Roger to drive for him.

Freddie did not have a drivers license.

Brian has a Mercedes. Roger had a Ferrari at one point, but it blew up in France in the 70's. John had a Volvo in the 70's. Dunno what they drive these days.

In the Rockline interview, Brian said he's had three Jaguars before.

In the rockline interview I believe Brian dismissed that as a myth. I'll check though!

I know Roger and Brian both had Mazda MX5's around the time of Innuendo, theres a pic of them collecting them in the Spring 91 fan club mag. Didnt John get stopped for drink driving on the way back from a Phil Collins gig in his brand new Porsche?? Im pretty sure thats true, he brought the car and got banned straight away. I think Roger now drives an Aston Martin, Im quite sure that thats true too, and Brian gets chaffeur driven to and from The Dominion in a Merc. Freddie didnt have a driving lisence?? I thought id seen footage of him driving a Mercedes soft top before, I could be wrong.

No, I don't think Freddie ever learned to drive. I remember reading that he took one lesson, got bored and decided driving wasn't for him.

- no, he´s not driving. He´s just sitting next to his chaffeur and you can only see Freddie face (or better sunglasses) in the rear view mirror - which maybe makes you think he´s driving himself. I think this scene features in the video from TMLWKY.

Freddie doesn't drive anymore becuase he's dead, John gets his wife to drive the Volvo (it's the same one), Roger drives a silver '89 Toyota Corolla, and Brian has a brown 1977 Triumph 2500 which will do 12km before it shits itself.

I know this is not really about Freddie's cars, but it seems that, reading the posts on this topic, I remembered smth. I read long ago on a site. It was about a ballet show staged by a Romanian opera - show about Freddie's life and career. I mention the whole thing was mere rubbish, full of mistakes and lots of stupid things about Freddie's sexual orientation, illness and death (arrrgh!!). One thing however got my attention. It stated that Freddie was such an arrogant guy, that he has thrown a young boy overboard, out of a car, because the latter dared to listen to other radio station than Freddie wanted to.
Well, it seemed unbelievable to me. Anyone know about smth. like that? I don't think it's true. Or...?
