I think nothing can be done, especially as far as Roger's electonic percusion is concerned :( WHY DID HE DO THAT?? ;)

I recently bought the Portuguese bootleg DVD of this release. I believe it's a direct transfer from the Laser Disc version or something like that. It is in 5.1 surround but maybe it's just a fake one. I haven't paid much attention.

Spike's keyboards are, as someone already said, very high in the mix, most noticeable at Now I'm Here and Tear it up, while Brian's guitar is really low.

Is there an OFFICIAL japanese release for this in the DVD format??

Wiley, this topic shares that info. Did you miss the second post?

I have a DVD-R of this show and never even finished watching it because it's so bad. Not just quality-wise, but the show itself. What's with Roger using those weird sounding pads for AOBTD? LOL

That are his Simmons electronic-drumpads, I think it's pretty cool that he added those in his drumkit. Although I like the pads he uses in Hot Space shows best.

So why did Brian pan the WWRY concert DVD for having an allegedly crap mix, but remain silent about the Final Live DVD (when it had a poor mix and was without 5.1 surround)?

Good question man...

But I'd say Brian isn't complaining about this one because WWRY was released worldwide, and this one won't be. Chances are he probably doesn't know about it, anyway.
