Today is a fantastic day...Queen are being saved from censure of Iranian government! The Iranian Govern have censored most of love songs of Queen but the compilation contains the classic Bohemian Rhapsody, the Miracle and I Want To Break Free!! Freddie is very appreciated in Iran :-). Queen still rock!! GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!

They can't have found out the lead singer was gay yet,seeing as homosexualality is against there religion, they seem to steer well clear of it.
well I'm from iran, but right now I;m living in US.
I was quite suprised when read the news, and ofcourse very pleased.
The price is low because Iran have not signed the copy right law, so they don't have to sell the cassette for $15. All the cassettes tapes in Iran cost 400 Rials which is something around 55 cents and the CD's cost about $3( really cheap, isn't it).

This would be very interesting to see pictures of, or at least a track list.

There was a little cartoon of Freddie in a magazine with a caption saying that QUEEN is allowed in Iran now..but that was quite some time ago.. I don't even know where it is.
