I agree! I got a nice black raincoat with white polka dots (with a mathcing hat, no less) right before i left for school and I just loved wearing it out in the summer rain <3

Raincoats suck. What's the point of rain if you're not going to get wet..unless you're wearing mascara.

I wear a dark green raincoat (if it rains duh and I'm moving outside for a longer distance). Very old, probably stolen from the military. Beats having an umbrella.
