Queen2 is awesome and I love it, but I would choose SHA as the best.

Queen II is still one of my favorite albums of all time by ANY artist.
I'm not sure if I'd agree if it's the BEST out of all the albums, but it certainly is an excellent group of songs, and I love the way it's put together! The way some of the songs flow into each other . . . the overall structure of the album is amazing.
To avoid any more comments:
Queen II - I think - is the best album of Queen.
What do you think?
Queen II was one of the greatest. I don't like Some Day One Day that much, the Prophet's Song would fit better. IMO Innuendo is the best album ever made!
Queen II is amongst my favourite Queen albums. 'Cus I'm a bit of a Queenfan cliché.
But... indeed, it owns. For the most part. Some of the White side is dullness, but I feel that's pretty much compensated for by the rest of the album.

When I bought Queen II, I listened to "The Fairy Feller's Master-Stroke" and "Nevermore" CONSTANTLY. I get shivers when he sings "...when you say you didn't love me anymore..." near the end of the song.

And, trust me, you are NOT the only one!!!

I love Nevermore. That, Dear Friends, Misfire and Lily Of The Valley are the short, sweet (not to mention, underrated) masterpieces. :)
Yes yes yes Queen II IS the best Queen album (or just best album - goes without saying any Queen album is better than anyone else's)and the rest of the albums are all a close joint 2nd. there you go argument setteled once and for all.......(maybe)
Yeah, this is probably my favorite album by them. Side 2(black side) is especially good. Ditto to what the folks said about that line toward the end of Nevermore.
I've recently been eyeing bootleg dvd's and was wondering if anyone knows which ones have the best versions of Queen II material. I have the 1974 Rainbow dvd and there is some good stuff there, but I am hoping that a full version of Black Queen exists.

Most people hear believe March of The Black Queen to be the best song on the album but for me it has to be farther to Son. The song is very touching great guitar work by Brian and of course first rate harmonies. Also the way song Procession follows onto Farther to Son is in geniuses as well.
My favourite line has to be “you don’t hear a single word I say, but my letter to you will stand by your side”.

Too bad for you, there's no complete version, they only played it as a part of a medley. It's too difficult, too many harmonics, a great song though.

Funny How Love Is is a cute one. Oh! But what am I saying? The whole album is great!
Tomorrow comes, tomorrow brings....

In my opinion Queen II is one of the greatest Queen album. I like "Ogre Battle" and "March of the Black Queen"! "White Queen", "The Fairy Feller`s Master - Stroke" and "Nevermore" are beautiful! This album is very very good!
Queen 2 is by far the best queen album or album ive ever heard. Its very heavy and i think its the album that most represents queen. You'd be a fool to not love it.
