HI again, I was just wondering if there were songs that Queen never or hardly ever played live. and also what concerts was GOOD OLD FASHIONED LOVER BOY performed at?
We love you Freddie, R.I.P
L
Ofcourse there were. Things like Dead On Time.
Queenconcerts.com answers all that other stuff.

And you are wrong.
That time will come, one day you'll see that i'll be dead and you will laugh!

Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy was part of the medley during the 1977 tour. After that it got dropped from the set I think. The closest thing to a full live version is the BBC Top of the Pops performance.
F
They never did the 'Shoop Shoop Song'.

Well, you weren't specific.
FLASHMAN STRIKES AGAIN! Paul Rodgers is not the best thing since fried Fred.

Songs that weren't played live:

My Fairy King
Some Day One Day
The Loser in The End
The Fairy Fellers Master Stroke
Nevermore
Funny How Love Is
Tenement Funster
Lily Of the Valley
Dear Friends
Misfire
She Makes Me
Seaside Rendezvous
Good Company
Long Away*
You and I
Drowse
All Dead All Dead
Fight from the Inside
Who Needs you
Jealousy
Dead on Time
In Only Seven Days
Fun It
Leaving Home Ain't Easy
More of that Jazz
Don't Try Suicide
Sail Away Sweet Sister
Coming Soon
[Almost the entire Flash Gordon album]
Dancer
Cool Cat
Man on the Prowl
Machines*
Keep Passing the Open Windows
One Year of Love
Pain is so Close To Pleasure
Gimme the Prize
Don't lose Your Head
Princes of the Universe

there you are!

*Long Away was played in rehearsals but for some reason they dropped it from the setlist, and it got never played on stage. Maybe because they thought it wouldn't work

*Sleeping on the Sidewalk and Las Palabras de Amor were played only once, so they're not on the list

*I don't count Spikes keyboard solo as the Machines song
"On the first day Pim & Niek created a heavenly occupation. Pim & Niek blessed it and named it 'Loosch'." (Genesis 1:1)

When exactly was Las Palabras de Amor played live? Some short guitar improvisation in Milton Keynes doesn't count, does it?

No it doesn't count. I believe they played it complete only once. Some expert has to help us, John Stuart perhaps?

The only full version of Las Palabras live was at The Tribute I think.

God Save The Queen?
OK, it's not a Queen song, but sometime it was perfomed live?
And as the seasons turn the days to years She holds her pictures, hears the silent cheers The days grow lonely for the dancing Queen And now she dances only in her dreams...

When was Sleeping on the Side performed? I love that song.
...this kettle is boiling over... ...one dump...one turd...two tits...John Deacon... ...one prawn...one shrimp...one clam...one chicken!

I think either Fun It should count (for the verse Fred sung sometimes as intro to KYA) or Black Queen shouldn`t (since the small portion they played of it was in percentage just as much as the mentioned Fun It fragment)
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.

And the light, turn then off my friend... And the ghosts... Well just let them in... Cause in the dark it's easier to see...

Sleeping On The Sidewalk - must have been the first day of the tour (Portland) or I also heard something about Toronto (about 8th gig of tour).

ThomasQuinn - would you be a bit more specific about your two live versions of Las Palabras De Amor?
