I haven't actually seen it, but I think it's probably written in ALL CAPS and begins with the phrase DEAR ALL,

I could be wrong though.

If the book is titled 'Queen Live: A Concert Documentary' BUY IT! Terrific read.

If it's QUEEN LIVE:A CONCERT DOCUMENTARY. Then it's a great read.
It's also being republished soon with the text being revised -
