Yep I'm stuck at 99.28% as well.

Are you using Shareaza for downloading? I searched their forum for stuck downloads and discovered a lot of people with dls hanging at 99%. So I switched to Azureus, imported my download and voila - it finished this morning.

Yeah I use Shareaza, but my download just finished! I'm keeping my window open for the others that wish have this as well.
