Well it could be practically anyone. Air Supply did Power of Love in 1984, later covered by Laura Branigan and some chick named Celine Dion, who I think had a hit with it.
But Huey Lewis and the News had a 12" extended mix of their 1985 song Power of Love, originally from "Back to the Future". Good mix too.
