A lot of things sound like coherent sentences when played backwards...

Why, only this morning I rewound my personal dictaphone (I often keep one about my person in case of moments of inspiration. It rarely gets used), and when my valet Hudson asked if I was ready to break my fast, I played it backwards and it sounded like "Flashy is a bastard."

Suffice to say, I flogged him to within an inch of his life.

It was only later on I realised that Sir Archie Leach, the old warthog, had discovered the machine on a recent visit to the Towers and had filled a 30 minute tape repeating the above phrase after I creamed him on the poker table.*

Naturally, I didn't let on to Hudson.

But it just goes to show, well - I ain't the foggiest what it just goes to show, but it does show it. And in the plainest terms possible.
