GH1 obviously, but if you're talking about studio albums MIH is indeed the best selling album. Second is probably ANATO or NOTW. The Game was pretty big in the US, so that's probably close to the top too.

I'm not sure what their biggest selling album is worlwide. But in the U.S., it's "The Game" and "Queen: The Platinum Collection."
Worldwide, it would have to be Greatest Hits I. Not only has it sold over 10 million copies, but it also spent over 5 years (!!) in the UK charts (over 200 weeks)!

The answer is Made In Heaven. Stop going on about Greatest Hits. The guy doesnt want just their hits. If I was you I would get A Night At The Opera. It's brilliant. Or The Game, that was my first Queen album.
