Hey...

Hey guys! I've been around for a few days now but I thought I'd just introduce myself too...

I'm Perry, I'm 14 and I have loved Queen since I was one year old. (Kicking my legs around in excitement to Radio Gaga and We Are The Champions).

All my life I have learnt more and more about Queen and know a fair bit about them, and everyday I am listening to Queen for hours (even my mum and dad, who witnessed Queen's infamous Live Aid performance, have grown to be bored of Queen).

When I try to listen to any band linked with Queen (Metallica, The Darkness, Led Zeppelin, Guns N'Roses, etc.) I just cannot enjoy it, they may be good songs, but the magic of Queen just isn't there.

I have spent 13 years of my life listening to Queen day in, day out without listening to anything else or getting bored of it. I'm angry with myself sometimes for not coming into this world in 1971. Its so upsetting I can never see the band I love play live, or even meet Freddie Mercury.

My ten favourite Queen songs are as follows;

Hey Hey and Welcome. I can sort of understand what you are talking about not likeing any other bands but Queen. Except I do like other bands but there is always this feeling that they are not as great as Queen. And the sadness of knowing you will never meet Freddie...i hate that feeling! Well hope to see you around on the board!

It would have been perfect if I was born in 1960, cause I'd have had the Beatles, then Queen. It sucks having been born in 1990, I missed all the good bands.
