Does anyone know the date and locations of Spread Your Wings and It's Late from the Opera Omnia set?

They are from the Montreal 1.12.1978 concert. Most of the tracks from the Opera Omnia box come from this Montreal 1978, Tokyo 11.5.1985 and Fukuoka 19.10.1982 recordings and some others are just slightly from some other '' well known '' bootleg recordings.
