My dad just bought a webcam, and they're REALLY fun. I made a video of myself lip-synching Bohemian Rhapsody. I even did the head-banging part, but I hurt my spine. My neck is really sore right now. Oh, I also took a picture of myself sneezing (it's in my profile).

yeah, I love webcams! Me and my friends always used to make 10 second remakes of Disney movies on them! It was so much fun . . .
I personally think that webcams are a waste of money when compared to a good video camera...or a digital camera that takes 60 second videos or whatnot. But I do hope you enjoy yours and make the most of it...I just have a personal disliking to them.
I like webcams for the fact that you can see an online friend who might live hundreds or even thousands of miles away.
But most of them work in...say...two or three pixels.

This is true. There are many virtues in seeing ones loved ones in real time.

I didn't really have a choice in buying it. It was just very convenient that my dad needed one for work.
My mother purchased one and they gave her another one. So I ended up with one. Not bad, especially when you can set up your own dedicated web-site to it..where the page uploads at certain intervals.
Me likey webcam. Have trouble keeping clothes on.
