Does it actually exist...? The track, there is... Anyone heard it...? Was it payed at any convention...? Or is it just some rumour...? I've heard it mentioned many times, but always just one thing- it PROBABLY exists, it's rumoured to exist, etc...

I think it was just an early title for Innuendo. It was supposed to sound very similar to that, so it's most likely it was just a working title or a track based on a similar riff.
