Could enyone tell me what the sentence "Fried chicken"at the end of "One Vision" means? Why did they say that?

It doesn't make any sense... the guys were just foolin' around as usual...and they just left it in...

Hi Hoekei Azman right here... if am not mistaken it was the fact that they just wanted to make the song light hearted they stuck in the words fried chicken on it....

personally to me at the time Queen realised that song lyrically would truelly hit those who are judgementive crtical and politically driven, almost like a dictotarial view by having it best with one of everything, although it was postiviely layed out in the song some would find it a dark dictated vision of a song,,, so what better to end by really going through all that for a fried chicken,, i think its Genius!

i suggest you watch the one vision documentary on GVH2 DVD. some funny clips there, including the "substitution" part, if you guys know what I mean.

It also reminds me of the classic Turtles hit, "So Happy Together". At the end, the title is repeated, but after the second time, instead of saying "so happy together", the lyrics are "how is the weather?".

Perhaps Freddie and the gang didn't want to say "one vision" so many times in the song, so they played with it, and came up with "fried chicken".
