Not sure how long the idea has been in progress..

Given that Greg now has access to the most accurate information known to exist, and is the most motivated to make these corrections (1. he stops getting hassle from us nerds for a typo on page 97, 2. he gets to put out a new book, possibly an "official" one, with all the attendant kudos and cash), is the reason he's asking for your/our/anybody's help because he's busy finalising a box set?
