Live Aid site

I'm not sure how well known this is...but I just read that the Live Aid DVD site is up and running. The address is www.liveaiddvd.net.

There is a good deal of information, including video clips of some artists. Queen is included here with a short clip of Radio Ga Ga. Just thought I'd pass the info on...have a good day.

Oh...and I just checked amazon.com...the DVD set is 4 DVDs and will only cost $30 (US). That's a REALLY good price, IMO. For over 10 hours of film and 4 DVDs? Hell...one regular DVD movie here costs between $20-30! That was a nice little suprise.

So that's about 90 bucks Aussie. Not bad price for 4 DVDs. Mind you the Sopranos boxset is 4-6 DVDs and it retails for 50 odd dollars.

Neat site. I'm looking forward to getting this. Actually though the price is so good.. shouldn't it actually be higher to make more money for the cause? Then again, lower price=more sales + more exposure to the cause = more donations. Okay, works either way :-P

Exactly! That was a real shock for me! Hell...sign me up!

Best Buy will probably have some good deal on it. They always mark down the "Friends" DVD sets, so you never know with this one.

But I'm so excited! I can't wait for Live Aid already!!!
