Are you a ¨walker¨or a metro-oriented-person?
I think I prefer walking long distances because with this I don´t have to keep a diet...:)

I walk half my journey to and from work every day and sometimes if I go into town I walk there but catch the bus back because it's all uphill.

Going TO work it's more of a necessity because the buses are crammed full of brats on their way to school who have no respect for people who have to work for a living; going back into town FROM work it's more of a winding down thing, and it's downhill all the way.

I own a car which I love, but I'm very big on using public transport (even though for the first time in ages, my bus broke down on the way home from work yesterday :( ).
Yes, it's me. I'm back. I haven't lost my mind, it's backed up on a disk somewhere

I like to walk.
It's fun. (sometimes)
I don't swim in your toilet, so don't pee in my pool!

I have to use my car to get to places, cos I live on a farm...

But I prefer walking to going in elevators. :^)

I just bought a car, used to ride the bus.

I walk to and from school, because my mom makes me . . . but usually I'd much rather drive. Actually, I probably would be very glad to walk if I didn't have to have a huge, heavy backpack with me, and if I could wear any shoes comfortably, but life's not that fair . . . plus, I'm in love with my car, so I'd rather drive it anytime. I like public transport too though, it's fun, and really convenient!
Playful as a pussycat.

I can't walk to work. That would be 25 miles. But I run five miles on a treadmill before I go to work.

I do a bit of both. To get to work I have to get a bus, then the metro, and then a bus again. After that I have to walk for about 15 minutes. It takes me about an hour all together, and I do enjoy the journey, but at times when it's raining I really do wish I had a car.

I am a fan of the EV-81 type russian built ex-communist metro trains, but I have to walk here instead, because we have no metro at all in our town.
Special thanks to Arif Mardin who arranged and produced some hot and spacey horns on "Staying Power" ;-)

i enjoy almost every morning a more or less 35 minutes ride to the school, but if i have to wake up early, i would rather take the metro...
anyway, for me is
90% walk
5% metro
4% bus/other
1% unknown... :)

I don't have a job to walk or drive to, but I love to walk, just to stay fit. I walk daily. Today I was in a Walkathon for Breast Cancer, 5 miles.

Walking is fine.. I really like to ride my bike, though.

Hm...Drive: 90%; Walk: 10%; Mass Public Transportation: Well, there isn't any here. And if one were to use a bus or something, generally he or she would have to drive to the bus stop at least 10-15 minutes away.
