I restrained myself from putting this in the Queen section, but I'd have broken the rules of decency doing so. I think we should all team up and ban GB from this board. It really annoys me that one of QP employees is a blasted spammer. Let's throw him away at once...

He has done nothing to warrant being banned. Greg just being an idiot and spewing his ridiciulous opinions is no reason for being banned.
First of all I think it's not necessary. Now that he spit all his poison he does not have anything useful to say and won't come back anyway. It's obvious that he is not interested in communicating with the fans although this would of course be very cool.
Secondly, people are not banned from Queenzone so easily and this is good about this board. The freedom of speech is valued highly on this board and I cannot see anything in his posts that is not covered by his right to speak his mind. If he were not Greg Brooks but some other poster, his posts would never have caused such a commotion, so it's not his fault that his threads dominated the board for two days. Of course you (or me) may not like what he said and we may feel badly offended by his obvious disrespect of Queen fans but on the other hand we can also be proud of the Queenzoners who responded as a community and don't let a so called half-celebrity get away with his rude rants. At least I can say for myself that I am proud of this message board and I am very happy to be a part of it.

I can't believe someone that was supposed to be regarded as a source of Queen-related information can stoop down to a level of such imbecility. Sometimes, even if I think it is asking too much, they should act more mature than they really are. Even if it is just acting it out.

OK, I'm sorry, I guess I was just very very pissed off by GB's posts. AND I didn't know about Barb's request (Thanks, jeffrey!). So this will never happen again, that's a promise. It was just that I had left the board two days before in a fine state and when I came back I found that so many great queenzoners were litterally smashed down by Greg's posts. He attacked them in a dirty way, he posted topics belonging to the personla section and spammed the board. Don't get me wrong, but I hope he's now gone for good.
Btw, would you like to bring the whole matter to Brian's judgement? I think it'd be interesting to see what he's got to say about it...

I don't agree with everything Greg has said or the way he's said it, but I know from email that he's always been very kind and helpful to me, and I think maybe some buttons were pushed and he reacted like many of us would.
Yep, that's my baby. She's the last remaining of my cats. About 12 years old now, so I fear she may not be around too long, but for now she's going strong, playful and happy as ever.. and still beautiful :)
