None of them really...
I feel like such a dork talking about which Queen member is hot, since they're either in their 50's or not presently living, but Roger is probably the sexiest. :) Freddie and Brian were, too, in their own unique way. Then again, John and his afro outclass them all, but since he only had the 'fro for a brief period, he loses by default.
I don't think any of them are sexy right NOW, but if you're talking about the 70s and 80s, I'd have to go with Freddie. Roger comes in second. And Brian and John are tied.

I find them all more and more attractive as I become more obsessed with Queen. When I first became interested and saw pictures of them, I thought "Ew... they're pretty ugly!" I know I was wrong...
When I first saw Roger from the 70's,(I was like 5 or 4) I thought he was a girl.
Yeah, he looked unusually feminine in the 70s especially. The high voice didn't help either.
In the 80's I still thought Roger was a girl, especially in his school uniform, nice legs, nice ass. Almost makes me wish I was gay ;)
Oh yeah.. I forgot to mention John Deacon's ass. Quite nice. It's rather eye-catching in that b&w pic w/ Freddie in the MIH booklet/poster.. which is quite a bit larger in the Freddie solo book.
