Cunning Stunt, I'll be the first to agree that 'the Jesus song' was hardly one of Queen's best, but I can't find myself agreeing with your reasons. Also, I don't think it's necessary to hate God if you're an atheist. I imagine it would be rather difficult to hate something you don't believe exists.
