ok, i admit that i bought a box of this a few months ago in hopes of losing about ten pounds, but i never got around to taking them. yesterday i decided to take my first dose, and i took them properly 20 minutes before a meal with a full glass of water. everything seemed to be working fine until last night. i got up at 2 in the morning vomiting up trim spa pills! it was AWFUL! has anybody here had any bad expiriences with diet pills? guess i'll have to stick to old fashioned exercise and will power :( F*%# you anna nicole

I have never tried a pill, but my friend has. I would say her case was much worst. After a day or two she found out she had a tape worm. It was from that pill.

For some reason, I don't think I'd trust anything Anna Nicole endorses. No offense...
No offense, but why would you want to trust a woman who married a millionaire old man who had one foot on the grave, so she could take over his whole fortune after he died.
Most of the time, all those juices and pills 'guranteed' to make you lose weight don't even work. The best way to go is just to eat right and exercise.
well first of all, i did not buy the pills because of anna nicole...i just wanted to try that brand...and i happen to like anna nicole anyway...but other than that i posted this thread to see if anyone else here had taken these pills, or had bad expiriences with others
I've had a childhood neighbor die from one of those pill-things. He shit himself to death because he probably overdosed. According to stories, he had a fever of some sort and kept on shitting bloody stools. He was rushed to the E.R. finally and from there he kept on shitting so violently, people from the E.R. went out of the building because the smell was pretty horrible. Not detestable, but horrible. He shat so intensely that he finally shit his bowels out, and he died from shitting too much. Cholera was ruled out, BTW.
Ahhhhh! That's horrible! If I ever did anything like that I would definately stick to natural stuff...I would never trust pills.
