Bare with it if Freewebs doesn't load everything (it sucks ass), yes I*m aware that the images are heavy and un-optimized. This is merely a rushed up WYSIWYG editor test (Antenna Web Design Studio for simply placing items around + Paintshop, Photoshop, Notepad)
But my question is, since Exploiter shows the website centered, but others don't. Is the only way to "center" the webpage for all browsers, to simply make an empty frame on the left?

You can definitly center align it ... but there's so much css junk there, that I can't find where you need to put it. If you used a sliced table, which I think would be much easier than what you have there right now, you could just center the table.
