Personally, HeM, I kind of find your proposed punishment for rape rather fitting...but I doubt many others would agree. It would be nice, though, to be able to ensure that a man who has already raped loses the ability to do so again, but on the other hand, it also seems rather barbaric to resort to mutilation as a punishment.
