I found on QueenConcerts a document (it can be an original setlist) that would demostrate that Queen played this two songs live.

for what i know they played them...but i wait for confirmation
On the beginning they were live band. Before they released first album they had about 3 years of playing live... Can't believe that when they wrote some new song at that time- they didn't play it, didn't try it with audience...
Unfortunatelly not many recordings survived... I'm actually very curious if at some point they didn't play "Mad The Swine"... I mean- we know almost nothing about most of the gigs from 1970 or 1971... God only knows what exactly did they play in Cornwall in 71...
ANYWAY- recording of Marquee'72 gig survived and they DID PLAY "Jesus" there...

The setlist is genuine and Queen did play these two songs in the early days.
John Deacon said that with exception of My Fairy King, the rest of the album was formed by songs they used to play on stage. I guess though that they didn`t play the short Seven Seas, John probably overlooked it

Perhaps, but John referred to the tracks that made it to the album. So he didn`t confirm or deny anything about MTS
