1. i was under the influence of "drugs" and that messed me up big time.
2. they were prescribed drugs
3. there was absolutaly no rehearsal for that, none, nadda.
4. i hadn't sang those songs in years in any form
5. aside from the occasional blue moon sing-a-long
6. don't know if you were expecting freddie replicas
7. i've done freddie replicas
8. be smarter than me and press record when doing freddie replicas.
9. okay, well, that is why it is free plain and simple.
10. now i don't know about you but the fact that being married helped in the last 2 ventures, "w. k. mahler" and "rough drafts live on stage"
11. who said musical training comes from a bonafide school.
12. everything from my 2 cds full of originals rawks.
13. what do you get when you listen to bruce springteen and queen for years?
14 add some u2, melissa etheridge, journey, van halen and kiss along with someone you probably never heard, gustav mahler.

Excuses? The main reason people don't like it is because you go horribly out of tune on an alarmingly regular basis. It's not the sound of your voice or the way you sing it. Just the tone deaf side of things.

I wouldn't be harsh to anybody. I sing in a rock band for 14 years and I know how it could be hard to sing live.
But I have to put it straight this time: WKM, your singing is horrible. There isn't any excuse for such performace. My advice for you: stay away from mic as far as you could.
