I know the difference between astronomy and astrology, astrology which is loosely translated as the study of celestial bodies determining our fate or properly translated as the study of the positions and aspects of celestial bodies. And astronomy defined as scientific study of matter in outer space or celestial bodies hence they are both the study of celestial bodies, so by saying that I dont believe in astronomy is basically the same as saying I dont believe in astrology, so there... :^P
