If you saw the first episode of Ranma 1/2, you'd know what I mean.
Just basically, in that episode, when Ranma was comparing his female form to Akane, he says "And I'm better built to boot".
There's no easy way to explain it, but I hope you get the idea.
PS. Before anyone gets the wrong ideas, I didn't mean anything perverted

"To boot" is just a saying that adds emphasis. It's like saying "to top it all off" or "to make matters worse." The phrase makes little literal sense, but it adds importance to what is said.
Thus, when you said "One would wonder which female Queenzoner here is best built to boot," it didn't make a lot of sense, Dark.
