bullcrap, performing is a sport, u can not have sex before or during a game...so it's just a stupid rumour :P maybe he had such a place at an afterparty...can't tell :P

He used it during the Brighton Rock solo and encores for getting changed into other costumes. It was at the side of the stage, because normally it would take too long to walk to the dressing-rooms. I think Peter Freestone mentions it in his book.

I read about it in "Q" a few months ago. There was a survey of "the most shocking moments in rock'n'roll". As far as I remember Freddie's tent was at no.10. They wrote he used it in the ending of the show, so that he could come out cheerful and positive for the final. But I guess it was during Brian's solo, because for the rest of the show Fred was occupied with other stuff, wasn't he?

It's just a very stupid rumor!
The "tent" at the back of the stage was a curtained off area just behind John's amps and was called the "dollhouse." It was set up with towels, mirrors and different clothes for costume changes. Who knows, maybe some vodka for Freddie. But to go back there between encores for a hummer? I don't think so. Sounds like one of those stories that become Queen folklore.
