Sometimes I feel like I need someone to point me in the direction of the "old timers' Queen retirement home" 'cause of all the teenagers who only know the last few albums, but on the other hand, I'm thrilled Queen is reaching out to a whole new generation of fans. I'm doing my part in this too by the way - my 2 year old girl's favourite song is Crazy Little thing Called Love :)
yes, me too. My young kids love Queen too - they seem to pick the words up pretty quick. Where in Aust are you from - i think I have seen you post on Queenonline..
Remember that computers and all this wonderful communication technology didn't even EXIST when a lot of us "older" Queen fans started being Queen fans (I am only 38 y.o) so the number of posts doesn't reflect how long or how much you love Queen.
Funny how technology can be such a bad thing in ways, but a wonderful outlet for people. I'm not 38 nor am I older, but I'm old enough to remember the days without this fancy schmancy techno-stuff. We Queen fans had no online haven...and had to find it without the help of a search button. But ahh well...life is pretty good when you have a place like this, eh?
